Please allow train on an unapproved translation for translation approvers #1667

Description

@javatlacati

The idea is that you can practice some possible solutions before approving the translation
Proposal is not related to any problem, but it will be helpful for reviewers and moderators.

Some desired behaviours or business rules:

  • it will not add honor on passing
  • if you don't have the translation approval permission then you will not have this feature

it will not add honor on passing

actually, the "submit final" button just shouldn't show up, just like it is when a kata is put to draft.

Tho, there is something that would be even more useful: if you're in the trainer, you do see neither the preloaded nor the test cases parts. So to say, you cannot review much...... :/

=> currently, it's possible to click on "fork" and try the whole thing in the best conditions. BUT there is a somewhat huge drawback: doing so is actually equivalent to forfeit/unlock the solutions in that language and you loose eligibility in that language (see foot note :p ), while you don't lose it currently if you just approve the translation.
Unnamed uses another way: copying the whole thing in a separate kumite... But what a hassle... :-/

So what would be cool is actually to have another button sending us to a "review panel" that would be the same than the fork panel, but without a save/publish option and without loosing eligibility in the language.

foot note:
Yeah, some will say that if you access the translation panel you already solved the kata so you don't care about eligibility since you already got honor and all. Except that for some of us, pushing the rank in new languages is one of the last things that keeps the game alive... x)
