Trainer is suggesting me katas I have solved in "Rank Up" mode

IIRC, the kata trainer is NOT supposed to suggest already completed katas unless "Practice and Repeat" is selected.

But I've encountered two cases where a completed kata is suggested in this week, like this:

And it is happening consistently with SQL. The trainer always suggests me the few existing 4kyu/3kyu SQL katas (presumably because I'm 4kyu in SQL), despite that I've solved all of them.

It seems that this is a feature not a bug, from jhoffner comment made here:

AFAIKT this is working as designed. You are not given challenges you have solved unless you have cycled through all of them. Closing until I hear otherwise.
