Kata Editor Preview - "Keep changes" lost on return to Kata Editor

During Kara Creation (Kata Editor)

I press [Preview] to confirm correct behaviour for initial solution and example test

I notice a bug in my Example test code. So I fix it (still in Kata Preview)

I then click [Return to Kata Editor] button. Prompt says I made changes and do I wish to keep them.

I press [YES. KEEP CHANGES]

But when back in the Kata Editor the changes to my example tests are missing :-(
