Add GSoC and GCI in the events section of website

We need to update our website content in some portions. There are some missing events of organizations on our website. You need to add organization participation in GSOC 2019 and GCI 2019 in its event section. You can see the details from the GitHub issue mentioned

Expected Outcome

Website homepage event section must display the organization participation in GSOC 2019 and GCI 2019.
