Design a website application for handling new Libretalk user signups

I can work on this if you want. Are we going to store them within a MySQL database, then make something like: http://libretalk.com/users/vaildate.php?username=Oisin&password=hello

I've done something like this before, so I can deal with it if it is what we need.

Yep eventually thats the kind of thing we'll need to get working :) so when a user installs the app you are presented with a username and password box, or a signup link. Have that being loaded from our website. Ideally a web application with some nice HTML5 and Javascript designed for a mobile device. Once signed up it allows the users to log in and chat then.

This might definitely end up being a longer term goal, however there is nothing to stop everyone contributing in their spare time!
