RFE: Add Accessibility features

Currently there's no mechanism to support visually impaired users. If, for example, an Android user has TalkBack enabled (Settings, Accessibility, TalkBack -> enable), no audible cues or haptic feedback occurs in a Codename One app.

This is something that was requested by some vendors as it's essential in some locales for government and anti-discrimination.

I've started working on this but had to scrap it due to lack of time. This should be relatively simple at least on Android with this guide https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/accessibility/custom-views.html

We already support a lot of the core features such as the ability to navigate with keys instead of touch.

I wanted to get this through but it's hard to allocate time for this right now.
