Provide scripting to pull, tag and push back to private registry

User would find it useful to have a script that can walk through the images on their local machine.   Pulling them down, retagging them for the private registry and pushing them to the private registry.

We should develop such a script or maybe have an additional option on existing scripting to seed images.
