Report always sayd: Report is N++ commits behind head on master

Hello.
I had recently setup codecov for the https://github.com/Hubbitus/HuPHP.
And now, for example in PR Hubbitus/HuPHP#22 I see message: ⚠️ Report is 20 commits behind head on master.

But PR have only 2 commits.
I see task for report update completed successfully: https://github.com/Hubbitus/HuPHP/actions/runs/23028983786

Could someone please help? What I am doing wrong?
