[API] - Improve ResolveListUploads resolve time #3398
Description
As per this investigation, https://www.notion.so/sentry/Coverage-Pulls-Tab-Cacheing-Project-19a8b10e4b5d80138e8ddf6a80b150a7, there are several resolvers that are likely taking more time than they should. This is an effort to investigate this one and figure out why.
Resolver here. Haven't looked too much into this, but I would like to improve
- The query itself
- The count() on the queryset
