Unable to add new organisers to a chapter

When I do the following:

1. go to admin
2. go to admin dashboard
3. pick a chapter
4. click the add organiser button

I get the following page

Might be an indication that we could do with some kind of input validation on the frontend. Will consider it but not high-priority
