"Brickhack 7" line spacing / position on smaller screens

More whitespace on left
2 different svgs
    one w/ blue books and stuff, one without
    only shrink background, not foreground (books and stuff)
Smaller size: move hero img down to show more wire
    vertically center "Brickhack 7" text block!
More line spacing to make that text block breathe a bit

MLH banner "major league hacking" text is super super small on mobile, although I'm not sure there's much we can do if their banner is just Made like that not possible tnx mlh
