Add Hermes CI Sweeper example doc

Goal

Add a Hermes CI Sweeper example. Hermes currently only documents Daily Triage + PR Babysitter.

Files

• examples/hermes/ci-sweeper.md (new)
• examples/hermes/README.md (link it)
• examples/README.md (fill CI Sweeper × Hermes cell + copy-paste starters row if needed)

Acceptance criteria

• Week-one report-only: classify failure, update state, no auto-fix
• Map hermes cron (or event trigger) + skill install + optional channel delivery
• Verifier + worktree notes for week two
• Follow tone of examples/hermes/daily-triage.md / pr-babysitter.md

Estimated time: ~45 minutes

Availability refresh (2026-08-10): prior “I'll take this” claim is free again after ~2 weeks without a linked PR.

Anyone can pick this up — comment I'll take this and open a PR against examples/hermes/. Pattern coverage gap is still real (Daily Triage + PR Babysitter only).

I'll take this. I'll follow the requested report-only Hermes workflow, add the index coverage, and include the week-two verifier/worktree guardrails.
