Yes, that is correct. (and thank you for pointing that out). However, the limited activity in July does not change the overall health of the project.

The CNCF would like to thank the Service Mesh Performance team.
Due to prolonged decreased community involvement/activity, the CNCF will be voting to archive the project.
If the vote to Archive passes, the community can once again apply to Sandbox status within the CNCF if/when the project meets the requirements to be a project within the CNCF.
