When did this error appear? I recall that DBG builds are fairly rare (is it once a week?)

.703 is LST
I'm curious if this gets fixed by #47084 (there is a bugfix in that PR)
the error message is not particularly suggestive though.

First time these RV were ran in DBG_X was January 3rd, and looks like they were added around December 21. They always fail in DBG_X and never in regular IBs.
