Please describe the new component you want to monitor
Azure Container Registries

What is the source and how to collect metrics?

How to monitor?
In my opinion metrics could allow us to know :

Successful Pull Rate
Successful Push Rate
Storage used compared to a defined limit as ACR Tiers have clear storage limit

The last one is the most important I guess, as if the ACR storage goes over the limit, additional cost will be fined.
