Mosquito R1155 Radio Receiver - Fine Tune causes frequency to oscillate

Steps to reproduce: Spawn into a mozzie, get her going, going to the copilot seat, switch on the R1155, start tuning, use the fine tune inner wheel, check frequency on SRS overlay. It'll oscillate between 0.0001mhz every few seconds. I tuned 8.000mhz and then within 30 seconds I was on 7.9995mhz or similar.

I've checked I have no HOTAS binds for that, its just mouse clicks.
