Can open door only with incoming sip

Helle out there.

I have sucessfully compiled and installed sip_call.
It might be working, but I have an issue with the open-door-function.
The open-door-function works only when I call the esp with my phone.
It works not when the bell initiates a call to my phone.
In the debug-monitor I can see data coming, when I have made the call and there is no data coming when the esp makes the call.
What I`m doing wrong?
I think it should be working also, when the esp makes the call?!

I also think that there should be the option for more than one bell and numbers to call.
