investigate better method for calculating % completion

Multiple requests can set the progress bar to go backwards due to the number of requests without responses being added to the total. Perhaps an easier way to deal with this is by simply not allowing the progress bar to go backwards

Hi, i was just poking around here to see if there was something like this. The other use case is things that are known to take a long time, if there was some way to give a hint to the %complete calculator....

I don't think users really care how exactly the progress bar moves. So just keep it simple. Don't let it go backwards when responses happened is a good method.

I've having a hard time getting this to work for medium-sized uploads, without the bar jumping backwards multiple times. Is there a way we can disable the automatic calls to cfpLoadingBar.inc() on calling cfpLoadingBar.start();? Or at least be able to specify how frequently it should be called?

@kahboom I created pull request #209 to make auto-increment optional. This should allow you to increment at your own interval.
