Labels of the annotation with Point Type?

Hey, can we add the labels to the annotations with the point type? I can't seem to figure out a way to do it.

This code is from the documentation works pretty well with line, but changing the type to point, the tooltip stops appearing on hover.

If I understood you welI, you would like to have the "label" in point annotations, doesn't it?
If true, inner label on point and polygon annotations is not implemented yet
