External received bytes is higher than total received bytes

In the communication vs. time graph, the external received bytes count is higher than the total received bytes count. This is clearly fallacious.

I also noticed that external node bytes is not displayed correctly in the communication over time view in projections.

I haven't been able to reproduce this live (tried using Jacobi-2d, leanmd, a few of Harshitha's ChaNGa logs). Putting on hold for now. The code in Projections appears to be right:

localBytesRecv[timeInterval][currEPindex]+=logdata.msglen;
