I found something confusing in this step.

In the preprocessing .py, what does this stand for?

# Please put your own dataset path here
    datasets_home_folder = "/home/poly/DTM/MoleculeSTM/data"

That is also to say, where is
step_01_PubChemSTM_description/Compound_description_1.txt

Hi,

It should be this folder {datasets_home_folder}/datasets_home_folder.
