getting 403 error while adding new document

i am using chamilo lms and hostinger as host of website and when i want to Create a rich media page / activity i fill the information and when i click to Create a rich media page / activity button it says Forbidden with blank page

Check with your provider Hostinger, where they keep your site's log files to see what error messages they display when using Chamilo.
They should show the address, browser, errors, file requested, etc.
Without this detailed information, it's not possible to remotely determine what's happening with your Chamilo.
