Context

Kitsu version: 0.20.25

Describe the bug

Wrong frame value on playhead after attaching annotation
Bug report - steps to reproduce:

Draw annotation on the shot
Click attachment icon in the Post Comment section
Attach Snapshots from your annotation
Add files as attachments
Chosen frame (31) changes value to (30.999999999999999...) as in the screenshot
