Following Build tutorial does not work on windows

After following Windows Setup Instructions https://mongoose.ws/documentation/tutorials/tools/#windows-setup-instructions
The examples and tutorials do not compile.

Installed Git, added Enable Symlink, Downloaded and installed mingw , added to path after rename to make .
Then , doing make on tcp tutorial (c:\mongoose\tutorials\tcp\tcp) returns failure:

mongoose.h:1:1: error: expected identifier or '(' before '.' token 1 | ../../../mongoose.h | ^ main.c: In function 'cfn': main.c:17:34: error: invalid use of undefined type 'struct mg_connection' 17 | int *i = &((struct c_res_s *) c->fn_data)->i;

I checked that the file is in the directory, but I believe there is some kind of problem with the slash and backslashes in the makefile.
I thought the mingw would take care of it but it does not.

We build in W10 and W11 everyday. We have lots of W users
The correct make handles the slashes

Yes it does, that picture has been taken 2 minutes ago on a W10 configured as the tools say. and you are the only one in the whole Mongoose user base that has a problem.
Please follow the guides and check what you are doing.
