OSDD rel attribute should give `results` for granules and `collection` for collections 

CEOS BP requests that the OSDD URL template indicates what items it will return (rel=”collection” for collections and rel=”results” for granules).  In the CCI catalogue rel=”results” is being used in most places when (blue) “collections” are returned (see below).
