We need more documentation/videos on how to use the server.

Maybe video is overkill? How about a simple fool-proof step-by-step?
the only moments of doubt I had installing were about the intended workflow of it.
I can try and put together a Markdown later in the weekend (we havea festive Monday in Italy) when I reinstall everything on a new VM
