Biomass reaction in bacteria_universe sums to 1.03 #189

Not super-important, but I suggest to rescale the biomass equations so they sum exactly to 1 :)
The one for bacteria sums to 1.03

This would be interesting to do as it affects the pass/fail for the associated test in memote.
