What's the problem this feature will solve?

There is a lot of dependence on the SimParams due to YAQS originally being a package for the TJM. It would be nice to remove some of this dependence and make the interfaces a bit more similar to qutip.

Describe the solution you'd like

First remove some dependence on SimParams (for example, we don't always need an observable or trajectories input). Then look at qutip for inspiration. Small changes over time would be nice
