What's the problem this feature will solve?

Hello, I'm an operations research expert working on quantum computing and I've been spending a lot of time to convert classical optimization problems to QUBOs/HOBOs. Your work is very inspirational and useful in that aspect. One nice improvement and a feature to boost automation may be creating the Problem object directly from an LP file. Most classical solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, SCIP) can export the LP file.

Your problem object to be directly created from an LP file input.
