Frame with LCP is not marked with red border

Description

The frame with the LCP element is not correctly marked with the red border and the red border is placed on the last frame (visually complete).

Steps to reproduce

• On the Details page, the filmstrip LCP (red border) doesn't match with the LCP time—which is the correct value.

In the above screenshot, the LCP is 1.909s while the frame marked with the red border is 2.6s.

The filmstrip has a similar issue.

Expected result

• The red border should be on the 1.9s frame.

This one is Run 3 from your test URL (Run 1 and Run 2 are correct):

I tried re-running the test on a different device and location:

In this case, the second run shows the incorrect LCP frame while the first and third runs appear correct.
