Gasoline lantern wielded overlay can be changed to Oil lamp one

Describe the bug

Gasoline lantern wielded overlay can be changed to Oil lamp one easily. I personally did it by editing UDP's "tile_config.json", but an update reverted the visuals. So I figure there should be a permanent solution for the issue.

Steps To Reproduce

Wield a gas lamp to see the issue.
