Setup

1. Setup section has the Metagenomics lesson information, not the Pangenomics
2. For a local installation I would suggest providing the yaml files for the environments, instead of the individual installations (or both options).

Currently we have 3 environments:
ncbi-gneome-download
Prokka_Global
Pangenomics_Global

Decide if keeping the 3 or make just 1

Intentar poner todo en un ambiente y si no se puede, poner Anvio en un ambiente y todo lo demás en otro (o varios)
