[Status indicator pattern] remove interactivity from code snippet and focus from table

Acceptance criteria

There are some unexpected bug interactions happening on the Status indicator pattern page specifically in the large tables that display code snippets.

• The code snippets should be non-interactive and the same color as the ones that show up in tables on the Component Style tab pages for consistency. (Expected example)
• The data table rows should not receive focus when clicking on them.
