Remove (::) divider for inferred fusions

Feature description

We will be dropping (::) to denote inferred assayed fusions from the spec, so this will need updated in generate_nomenclature

Use case

As a user, I don't want to see (::) in my fusion nomenclature if my fusion is inferred

Proposed solution

We should just have to remove this if statement and adjust any tests that rely on it
