A bit more documentation on the build process

I am able to run the container but it is a bit confusing to understand how to set up the relevant modules after entering the container. The dockerfile also doesn't make this super obvious. Just a little bit of explanation will be very helpful. Thanks!

As a follow-up. How can I access the mugqic modules after running the container? The module system seems to be empty.

module avail will list everything

Doing so turns up empty for me. Does this have to do with required permissions during the build process? I'm not super familiar with the internals of the module system and other underlying architecture that appear in the dockerfile. Thanks!

mmm, might have been a buggy container in the end. Try the latest version 0.9
