documentation on "type" is incorrect for financial functions

type: Should payments (‘pmt’) occur at the beginning (‘type = 0’) or the end (‘type = 1’) of each period.

Through trial and error I believe that the documentation should be reversed. For end type payments, type should be set to 0 to give the correct answer. This can be checked against a decent financial calculator.
