Features/Merge Requests That Need Tests #13
Description
The following is a list of features that need tests implemented. I'm keeping it separate from the individual issues so I can merge and release them without delay, implementing the tests later.
- Adding sourcetype as config_param and changing protocol based on SSL verify #4
- Allow submission of all fluent items into splunk, not just record['message'] #5
- various improvements #6 (shouldn't be much, if anything)
- Allow to use ${record} as interpolation source #7 (validate its tests)
- Extend placeholder parsing to host field #12
