Feature for top-level-await? #113

Hi!

I can't see any feature for top-level-await. I see that is part of the ec39-js test set.

Is there a way to get that in? Would like to make that a requirement in the browserlist.

Can I Use uses MDN data for some features. Here is this case (look at mdn- prefix in URL).

You need to use MDN npm package to get this date.
