Spec review request - Browser Agent Protocol v0.1 draft

Hi Stagehand team -

Drafting an open spec for the agent - browser interface:
Browser Agent Protocol (BAP). Four RFCs on semantic state,
structured actions, first-class widgets, deterministic diffs.
Goal is cross-framework interop and shared benchmarks.

I'd especially value Stagehand's read on two RFCs:

• RFC 0002 (Action) - does the structured-action shape fit
  Stagehand's LLM-as-planner model, or does it over-constrain?
• RFC 0003 (WidgetHint) - how does first-class widget treatment
  sit next to Stagehand's atom/DOM-region approach?

Each RFC ends with 3 concrete review questions. Discussions are
open under the Spec Review category.

Reference impl is runnable today:
bap act 'url' action.json
