Improve the multi-file programming experience

In the recent cs19 survey about error messages, about 30% of survey respondents said it was frustrating when clicking highlights within an error message did not scroll to the location, because the target of the highlight was in a different editor tab.

This was, by a wide margin, the top complaint of students (syntax errors take second place, with nearly 20% of students reporting them as frustrating).

Pyret's IDE needs to improve the multi-file programming experience.
