Decide where to store profiling datasets that are not currently stored in BBBC but have a BBBC identifier

From BBBC036 onwards, we decided #61 (comment) that we would not store the profiling image datasets on BBBC (mainly because they are too large). Instead, we'd store them on IDR but still create a BBBC entry for them (this was back in 2019)

So here are the datasets

• BBBC025 should be stored on cellpainting-gallery (more in Revive BBBC025 #97)
• BBBC036 is not stored anywhere separately because it is a subset of BBBC047, as you've noted (more on this below)
• BBBC037 is idr0033 (http://idr.openmicroscopy.org/webclient/?show=screen-1751) and should also be made available on cellpainting-gallery (more in 2022_08_17_TAORF (cpg0017) cellpainting-gallery#17)
• BBBC047 is idr0016 (http://idr.openmicroscopy.org/webclient/?show=screen-1251) and cpg0012 (https://cellpainting-gallery.s3.amazonaws.com/cpg0012-wawer-bioactivecompoundprofiling), so there's nothing to be done here

Aside: IIUC Rebecca's Airtable will hopefully be able to link together different locations of such datasets (except BBBC036, which is a tricky one)

I know 36 is a subset of 47, but I'm honestly currently struggling to try to figure out what the subset is (see Slack).
