• Five of the raw images, C13 w1+w2, C14 w1+w2 and D24 w2 are missing. This explains the 195 rather than 200 raw images that would be expected from 100 wells * 2 image channels. add the 5 images

• make the following change in the description on BBBC:
  The 384 images are from a plate of positive and negative controls.
  change to:
  The 100 images are from a 384-well plate of positive and negative controls.
