Login issue

When logging in with an active user, but with a different spelling, the login is allowed, but the configuration data package for the user cannot be generated. For example, a user "Joe", when logging in with the spelling "joe", it is possible to log in, but the configuration data package causes an error when being generated (the user cannot be found). If the user is an administrator, he can change his role to user, which is not allowed in a normal login.
