Feature request - enhance parity with uBlockOrigin by letting the user choose which filters to include in the default set

I noticed uBlokParity is an issue in the Issues List, so why not provide like uBlockOrigin the option to allow the user to choose which filters to include in the list. Now they are enabled by default. In UblockOrigin I can deselect them. So to enhance the UBO partity Brave could add an advanced mode and allow the user to deselect default filters

The uBO filters are notorious for lacking cleanup (hence polluted with stale rules) and the URL malware is included in many malware blocking DNS (even Google safe search blocks 99% of them and the 1% Google does not block has the malware issue fixed).
