[Win 2.1.1] OAuth does not open on first launch/ right after install

• Downloaded the 2.1.1 Release Windows zip
• extracted
• traversed directory structure until found the Setup.exe
• execute

Blank Electron window

I see that it has "installed" something, that it is clearly running after "setup", but running directly, same results.

Same results having Destiny running and not running (as that did mess up the old version)

There is nothing to even use OAuth with

I have removed the %appdata% directory in case there was a conflict with previous API Key variant. Still nothing.

Interesting; last night there was no extra tab/window within Firefox for this.

After a restart, there was. My understanding of Windows development is limited (I primarily develop on and for Linux); but this doesn't seem like a restart should have been needed.
