Syllabification using already existing syllablifiers

I am wondering if the Phonemizer, could be enhanced to call a syllabification package and apply the result in the final output. For example, there are already a couple of syllabification packages for Spanish language in the GitHub. Or any other alternative to have syllabification works with espeak-ng backend?
