Implementing this will allow users to use the plugins without building them from source.
An Actions Workflow can be set to run on a schedule, when a commit is pushed, when a directory is modified, etc.
You can build from source on Ubuntu and Windows hosts simultaneously.
Creating a Release from the compiled binaries is optional and requires importing and configuring a Release Action from the GitHub marketplace.
