Great tool, but wondering zip file consists of files of 2011 - 2013

Hello,

just check in to say thank you and have a short question.
This tool is so great, thank you so much for it!!! This kind of stuff (I would say) should be developed right into Gimp and be as a default filter/function available. Much fewer people will make use of this great plugin. It's such a great benefit.

Now my question. I downloaded a new zip file today, linked in your wiki. But all the files inside the zip are from 2011-2013. I am wondering why this is the case, because I still see commits to this project at least till 2021.
Are new commits just not release since such a long time?
