is this code equipped with the ability to make call recordings and transcriptions?

Hey,

I wanted to know if the code has the feature for call recordings and transcriptions, I see that in the code it says should_record = False was set to false I tried both true and false and in both cases the save to s3 function wasn't called, also do we maintain a transcription with diarization? if we do where is this stored after the call ends?
