Automatically generate .htaccess authentication #84
Description
To better support tracing in staging and live environments, allowing trace files to be viewed from the browser, while keeping user’s data secure, it would be nice if we could automatically generate .htaccess authentication for the trace files directory when it’s accessible using the web server.
This would potentially eliminate the need to develop anything for #83
